Mums & Babies yoga
Mum and Baby Yoga is done in a nurturing environment,where mothers are encourage to meet their baby’s needs and bond with their new little one as well as socialize with other mums. Mum/Baby Yoga Class is designed for newborns (6 weeks old) up to 12- months-old or till they walk. Dads and Nannies are welcome as well. No prior experience in yoga needed for Mamas (or babies).
