Are you dreaming of splits but don’t know how to approach them?
Does it look easy when someone does it, but you want to scream and cry while trying?

Don’t stress out, help is on the way – “Your way to Splits” Workshop!

‘YOUR’ because we will be approaching the mighty splits from different perspectives considering the particularity of YOUR body.
During this workshop we will cover such useful topics as:
– importance of warm up before doing splits
– finding your strong/week points on your way to this tricky asana
– poses to prepare your hamstrings
– poses to prepare your hip flexors
– straddle splits, where to start
– correct alignment in splits and its importance
– over splits or never ending journey
– cool down and counter poses after working on Hanumanasana
(Sanskrit name of Splits)
– implementing theory into practice
