-People who are thinking of starting their yoga practice

Course content

6 days Yoga course for Beginners

The aim of this course is to introduce beginners to the practice of Yoga and to explain in detail the “how to” of basic asanas ( postures) in order to help the students to go deeper in the poses.The course will be led by Dr.Maha

– 75 mins class for 6 consecutiive days
-Batch 1 – 6.30 am – 7.45 am , Batch 2 – 6.30 pm – 7.45 pm
-Jan 11th – Jan 16th
– Asanas + Breathing practices + Meditation + Deep relaxation
– learn the basics of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation ,suryanamaskara (sun salutation) and relaxation
-fundamentals of various breathing and relaxation practices
– build a Yoga routine for daily practice
– experience how Yoga can help you transform both physically and mentally
