I learned yoga & TM (transcendental) meditation back in 2003 and since that time my life took “a yoga turn” . I have practiced the different styles but the love to the traditional Hatha yoga is unchanged. Being still in the process of perfecting my own individual teaching style, I incorporate the holistic approach & I like to experiment with different sequences of Asanas, Pranayamas & Meditation Techniques. My focus is constantly on the body, the mind & the breath, & prana (life force energy).
I trained YTT200 at AyurYoga Eco -Ashram in Mysore India . Beside holding the certificate of Yoga Teacher & being registered with Yoga Alliance, I have the Certificate of BodyBalance Instructor (the special fitness program that combines Tai-Chi, Yoga & Pilates) & Pilates Mat-1 Certificate.
My yoga style is influenced by Traditional Hatha as well as Yin Yoga with the focus on breath & calm mind while holding the postures as long as it is comfortable. I’m adding to each class the different techniques of Pranayama (Breathing) & Meditation to allow participants to learn & choose the technique that works for them personally in order to have in hand the tool of di-stressing & balancing oneself effectively. I like to talk about health benefits of Asanas, Chakras (body’s energy centers)& use the guided visualizations during my class. The common feedback of my class is the feeling of being balanced, centered & relaxed. My current interests are spreading across yoga (Yoga for Women’s Health, Yoga-Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Breathing & Meditation, Esoteric Yoga), energy healing (Reiki), self-healing, enhancing the intuition, hypnotherapy.
