Position:Yoga Teacher
Karen likes to define yoga as oneness or wholeness. She believes that the practice brings us back to ourselves, uniting our bodies, minds and spirits. In her classes she encourages each movement of the practice with the breath and the mind. The classes are planned in a thoughtful and incremental manner so that the body and mind are prepared for the particular focus of the class. This may be a theme, area of the body or an asana. Everyone is welcome!
